Ms. Kunc received her undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1994. She is admitted to practice in the Oklahoma District Courts, the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her practice includes administrative law, insurance defense, public utility regulation, estate planning, transactional law, business and civil litigation and family law. During her career, she has worked closely with numerous public utility commissions including the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the USDA’s Rural Utilities Service. She has lectured and taught continuing legal education in many areas of law and was an adjunct professor at Metropolitan College of Oklahoma teaching Administrative Law. Ms. Kunc was inducted into the Oklahoma Telephone Association’s Hall of Fame in 2014.
Mr. Johnston received his law degree from Oklahoma City University in 1984. He has practiced Insurance Defense Law since that time. Current practice concentrations are representing insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self insured employers in workers’ compensation matters; and alternative dispute resolution law in civil matters. His experience includes six years as a Judge of the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Court (1998-2004) and four years as the Chief Executive of the Oklahoma Restaurant Association Group Self-Insurance Fund. He is a frequent lecturer on workers’ compensation matters, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Oklahoma, in the Industrial Safety Department. Mr. Johnston also serves on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Safety Council. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, all three Federal District Courts in Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Sullivan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1992. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and served as Assistant Pledge Trainer and Pledge Trainer. Ms. Sullivan also served on the Standards and Personnel Committee. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1995. While in law school, she was a Student Assistant to Robert G. Spector, the Glenn R. Watson Chair and Centennial Professor of Law who teaches courses on Family Law, Children and the Law, Conflict of Laws, Evidence, and Child Abuse and Neglect. She is admitted to practice in the Oklahoma District Courts, the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and the Western District of Oklahoma. She is a current member of the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar. Ms. Sullivan’s law practice is focused on family law.
